PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & OXIDISED JEWELLERYSome jewellery is intentionally oxidised using chemical oxidising agents to create a darkened, antique or vintage appearance. Oxidised finishes are cosmetic and not permanent. Colour may lighten or change over time due to normal wear, moisture, skin pH, perfumes, cosmetics or polishing. Variations in tone, texture and finish are normal and are not considered defects. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours and the appearance of natural stones may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings and the handmade nature of our products.
SECOND HAND & PRE-OWNED ACCESSORIES Some items sold are second-hand or pre-owned. These items may show minor signs of previous use consistent with their age and history. Any noticeable wear, imperfections or flaws will be clearly disclosed in the product description where applicable. All second-hand items are inspected before resale. Normal wear that has been accurately described before purchase is not considered a fault.
JEWELLERY CARECustomers are responsible for the care of their jewellery.

We are not responsible for damage or changes caused by improper care or normal wear.
ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIESWe cannot guarantee that jewellery will be suitable for all skin types. It is the customer’s responsibility to review material information before purchasing. We are not liable for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.
PRICING & AVAILABILITYPrices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs will be displayed separately during checkout. Prices and product availability may change without notice before an order is placed. We reserve the right to limit, withdraw or discontinue products at any time.
ORDERS & PAYMENT Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully received. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
LIMITATION & LIABILITYTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Six.Senses is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
HYGENE & JEWELLERY RETURNS Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of jewellery:
- Earrings cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect.

Second-hand items are non-returnable unless damaged in transit or misdescribed.
This is in accordance with EU consumer law exemptions for hygiene-sensitive and pre-owned goods.
FAULTY & INCORRECT ITEMSIf your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. If approved, a refund or replacement will be offered.
NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS Refunds will not be issued for:
